Behind Azul Villa Properties is Artur Rojewski — owner of the agency and adviser with over 25 years of personal experience in the Spanish property market. We are not a company created by a corporation, nor a franchise with dozens of anonymous agents. Artur personally handles every client — from the first conversation, through property viewings, negotiations with the developer, legal and banking formalities, right through to signing at the notary and collecting the keys.
